Multiplexed precision genome editing with trackable genomic barcodes in yeast.

Multiplexed accurate genome editing with short, trackable, integrated cellular barcodes (MAGESTIC) uses plasmids providing homologous recombination arms and expressing CRISPR-Cas9 guides. Recombination rates are further enhanced by LexA sites on the plasmid recruiting a LexA-Fkh1p fusion protein.
